1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be approved, when payments are non-refundable, and how cancellations are handled for services purchased from Anrixh Studio.

By purchasing any service, package, subscription, or custom project from Anrixh Studio, the client agrees to this policy.

2. Service-Based Work

Anrixh Studio provides custom digital and creative services. These services require time, planning, creative labor, production resources, software usage, communication, and project management.

Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except in the specific cases listed below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved if:

• Anrixh Studio completely fails to deliver the agreed project.
• The failure to deliver is caused by Anrixh Studio.
• No substantial work, draft, preview, concept, edit, design, website page, or partial deliverable has been provided.
• The refund request is reviewed and approved by Anrixh Studio.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Work has started.
• A draft, preview, concept, edit, design, page, file, or partial work has been delivered.
• The client changes their mind.
• The client no longer needs the project.
• The client selected the wrong package.
• The client does not like the creative direction after the work followed the brief.
• The client fails to provide required assets.
• The client delays communication.
• The client becomes unresponsive.
• The client requests a full change after approval.
• The client asks for work outside the agreed scope.
• The client uses, downloads, publishes, shares, or benefits from delivered files.
• Delay is caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, domain providers, or external platforms.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Anrixh Studio.

Before approving a partial refund, we may deduct:

• Work already completed.
• Hours spent.
• Planning and research time.
• Communication and project management time.
• Software, asset, and resource costs.
• Payment gateway fees.
• Third-party charges.
• Administrative costs.

6. Cancellation by Client

The client may request cancellation in writing by contacting billing@anrixhstudio.com.

If cancellation is requested before work starts, the payment may be eligible for refund after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

If cancellation is requested after work starts, the payment may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on work completed.

7. Cancellation by Anrixh Studio

Anrixh Studio may cancel a project if:

• Payment is not received.
• The client violates policies.
• The client is abusive, threatening, or unprofessional.
• Required materials are not provided.
• The project involves illegal, unethical, or harmful content.
• The project becomes technically impossible.
• The client repeatedly changes scope without approval.

If Anrixh Studio cancels before starting work, the client may receive a refund. If work has started, completed work may be deducted.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Stripe, PayPal, banks, card networks, and regional payment systems.

Anrixh Studio cannot guarantee exact refund arrival dates after processing.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, the client should contact Anrixh Studio to resolve the issue.

False, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate project termination.
• Cancellation of access to files.
• Suspension of services.
• Submission of project evidence to payment providers.
• Refusal of future service.
