1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern the use of the website, services, packages, digital products, creative deliverables, communication channels, payment systems, and any other business-related offerings provided by Anrixh Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing our website, submitting a project inquiry, making a payment, signing a proposal, approving a quotation, or using any service provided by Anrixh Studio, the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website, purchase services, or engage with our project process.
2. Nature of Business
Anrixh Studio provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Thumbnail design
- Branding and identity design
- Social media creatives
- Website design and development
- UI/UX design
- Motion graphics
- Advertisement creatives
- Digital marketing support assets
- Creative consultation
- Custom digital production services
All services are provided as custom creative and service-based work. Final output may vary depending on project scope, client-provided materials, creative direction, project complexity, platform limitations, and third-party dependencies.
3. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met:
1. The client confirms the project scope or package. 2. Required project information is submitted by the client. 3. Advance payment, full payment, or agreed milestone payment is received. 4. Anrixh Studio accepts the project.
Until these conditions are completed, Anrixh Studio is not obligated to begin work, reserve production time, or deliver any output.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements.
- Providing required logos, brand assets, product images, footage, references, scripts, login credentials, hosting details, or any other material required for the project.
- Confirming that all materials submitted by the client are legally owned or properly licensed.
- Responding to project communication within a reasonable time.
- Reviewing drafts, revisions, and final files carefully before approval.
- Making payments on time according to the agreed package or invoice.
- Informing Anrixh Studio of any brand, legal, industry, or platform restrictions before production begins.
Anrixh Studio shall not be responsible for delays, quality limitations, rejection of deliverables, or additional costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unlawful client-provided materials.
5. Payments
Payments may be accepted through approved methods including Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, UPI, international payment gateway, or any other payment method approved by Anrixh Studio.
The client agrees that:
- Work may not begin until payment is received.
- Some projects may require 100% upfront payment.
- Larger projects may require milestone-based payments.
- Payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, taxes, and international transaction charges are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Failure to pay on time may result in project pause, delivery hold, cancellation, or termination.
- Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.
6. Refund Policy
Anrixh Studio follows a clear refund policy for service-based creative work.
6.1 Refundable Condition
If Anrixh Studio fails to deliver the agreed project at all, and the failure is caused by Anrixh Studio without a valid operational reason, the client may be eligible for a refund.
6.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
- Work has already started and time/resources have been spent.
- Drafts, concepts, previews, edits, designs, videos, website pages, or any partial work has already been delivered.
- The client changes their mind after purchase.
- The client is unhappy due to personal taste after work has followed the approved brief.
- The client fails to provide required materials.
- The client becomes unresponsive.
- The client requests work outside the approved scope.
- Delay is caused by client-side communication, missing files, platform access issues, hosting issues, third-party tools, payment gateway problems, or force majeure.
- The client approves a draft and later requests a complete change of direction.
- The client uses, downloads, publishes, shares, or benefits from delivered work.
6.3 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be considered only at the sole discretion of Anrixh Studio after reviewing:
- Amount of work completed.
- Time spent.
- Resources used.
- Files already delivered.
- Reason for cancellation.
- Client communication history.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take time depending on the payment provider, bank, region, and transaction method. Anrixh Studio is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, PayPal, banks, or other third-party payment processors.
7. Cancellation Policy
The client may request cancellation by contacting Anrixh Studio in writing.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client may be charged for completed work, planning, communication, revisions, production time, and resource usage.
Anrixh Studio may cancel or refuse a project if:
- The client violates these Terms.
- Payment is not completed.
- The client becomes abusive or unprofessional.
- The project involves illegal, harmful, misleading, or unethical content.
- Required materials are not provided.
- The project becomes technically or legally impossible to complete.
8. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing concept or delivered draft. A revision does not mean a complete redesign, a new creative direction, a new script, a new website structure, a new campaign concept, or a new project scope.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra revisions beyond the package limit.
- Major changes after approval.
- New concepts after production begins.
- Work outside the original scope.
- Urgent delivery requests.
- Revisions requested after final approval.
9. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing.
Timelines may be affected by:
- Client response delays.
- Missing assets.
- Revision requests.
- Technical issues.
- Software failures.
- Internet outage.
- Third-party platform delays.
- Hosting or domain issues.
- Payment delays.
- Force majeure events.
Anrixh Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects on time, but shall not be liable for indirect loss, business loss, missed campaigns, lost revenue, or reputational damage due to delay.
10. Footage, Stock Assets, Templates, and Third-Party Materials
The client understands and agrees that Anrixh Studio may use different types of creative materials during agency work, including but not limited to:
- Licensed stock footage
- Stock photos
- Stock music
- Sound effects
- Motion graphics templates
- Design templates
- Video overlays
- Demo footage
- Placeholder footage
- Mockups
- Fonts
- Icons
- Plugins
- AI-generated support assets
- Publicly available inspiration references where legally permitted
These materials may be used across different types of agency work and different client projects unless exclusive rights are specifically purchased and confirmed in writing.
11. No Exclusive Ownership of Footage Unless Agreed
The client does not receive exclusive ownership of stock footage, licensed assets, generic templates, motion presets, sound effects, overlays, mockups, fonts, or third-party materials used in a project unless Anrixh Studio provides a separate written exclusive-rights agreement.
The client may use the final delivered project for the agreed purpose, but the client may not:
- Extract stock footage from the final project for separate use.
- Resell third-party assets.
- Claim exclusive ownership over licensed or generic assets.
- Redistribute templates, presets, mockups, footage, or project components.
- Use agency assets outside the approved final deliverable.
12. Client-Provided Materials
If the client provides footage, images, music, logos, content, product photos, or any other material, the client confirms that they have the legal right to use those materials.
The client is fully responsible for copyright claims, trademark disputes, licensing issues, usage restrictions, model releases, music rights, or any legal matter arising from client-provided materials.
13. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final approved deliverables according to the project agreement.
Anrixh Studio retains ownership of:
- Drafts
- Rejected concepts
- Internal project files
- Creative process documents
- Strategy frameworks
- Source files not included in the package
- Templates
- Presets
- Unused concepts
- Internal systems
- Website components not transferred by written agreement
14. Source Files
Source files are not automatically included.
Source files may include:
- PSD
- AI
- Figma
- Premiere Pro project files
- After Effects project files
- Blender files
- Raw footage timelines
- Website source code
- Database exports
- Server configuration files
Source files will only be provided if specifically included in the package, invoice, quotation, or written agreement.
15. Portfolio Rights
Unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise, Anrixh Studio may display completed work, project screenshots, mockups, edited videos, designs, websites, brand assets, case studies, client outcomes, or non-confidential project visuals in:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Proposals
- Presentations
- Showreels
- Advertisements
- Case studies
16. Website Development Terms
For website projects, the client understands that third-party systems may be required, including:
- Domain provider
- Hosting provider
- SSL provider
- Payment gateway
- CMS
- Database
- Plugins
- APIs
- Analytics tools
- Email services
- Automation tools
Anrixh Studio is not responsible for third-party downtime, account suspension, plugin conflict, API limitation, server failure, platform policy changes, payment gateway rejection, or hosting issues.
17. SEO and Marketing Disclaimer
Anrixh Studio may provide SEO setup, keyword structure, technical SEO, content placement, metadata, speed optimization, and marketing-ready design.
However, Anrixh Studio does not guarantee:
- Google ranking
- First-page ranking
- Sales increase
- Lead volume
- Conversion rate
- Viral reach
- Ad approval
- Revenue growth
- Platform algorithm results
Marketing and SEO outcomes depend on competition, budget, content, domain history, ad spend, audience behavior, platform changes, and many external factors.
18. Communication
Official communication may occur through email, WhatsApp, project management tools, calls, forms, or other approved channels.
The client must provide clear feedback. Vague feedback such as “make it premium”, “make it better”, or “not looking good” may require additional clarification and may delay delivery.
19. Prohibited Projects
Anrixh Studio may refuse projects involving:
- Illegal products or services
- Fraud
- Hate speech
- Adult exploitation
- Copyright theft
- Misleading claims
- Malware
- Scams
- Political manipulation
- Defamation
- Impersonation
- Any activity considered harmful, unethical, or unlawful
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anrixh Studio shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profit
- Loss of business opportunity
- Data loss
- Reputation damage
- Campaign failure
- Platform rejection
- Third-party service failure
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Client-side misuse of deliverables
The maximum liability of Anrixh Studio shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project involved in the claim.
21. Indemnification
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anrixh Studio from any claim, dispute, loss, liability, damage, cost, or legal expense arising from:
- Client-provided content
- Copyright violations
- Trademark issues
- Misuse of deliverables
- Breach of these Terms
- False claims made by the client
- Illegal use of final work
22. Changes to Terms
Anrixh Studio may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services means the client accepts the updated Terms.
